Marcus Cannon
Position: OT/G School: TCU Height: 6’5" Weight: 358 lbs Class: RS-Senior 40 time: 5.26 All-Star Game: None Team Captain: No Draft Projection: Mid 2nd Round
Summary
Marcus Cannon is a supremely athletic and strong offensive lineman, especially for a player of his size. A redshirt senior, Cannon has started 37 games in his career at TCU, 13 at left tackle and 24 at right. He has the versatility to play multiple positions on the offensive line, which will attract NFL teams. The key for Cannon will be finding his best fit at the next level. I believe he will get a shot to play right tackle, and best case scenario he becomes a solid prospect at that position. What’s great about Cannon, however, is I believe that if it doesn’t work out at right tackle he can become an elite guard in the NFL. Keep Reading…

Phil Taylor
Position: DT School: Baylor Height: 6’3 1/4" Weight: 334 lbs Class: RS-Senior 40 time: 5.14 All-Star Game: Senior Bowl Team Captain: No Draft Projection: Late 1st Round
Summary
Arguably one of the top nose tackle prospects in this year’s draft, Taylor has seen a huge rise in his stock since tearing up opposing offensive linemen at the Senior Bowl. Despite some character issues, this 334 pound monster in the middle is a rare physical specimen who should be able to make an immediate impact in the NFL if he can learn to play with more consistency. He is a fridge on the defensive line who gobbles up double-teams as well as runners who come within his reach. There are some questions as to his effort off of the field, which showed in numerous 2010 games in which he seemed gassed as the game went Keep Reading…

Greg Little
Position: WR School: North Carolina Height: 6’2 1/2" Weight: 231 lbs Class: Senior 40 time: 4.53 All-Star Game: No Team Captain: No Draft Projection: Late 2nd – Early 4th Round
Summary
Greg Little is among this draft class’ most physically gifted receiver. Despite below average college production at the position, he appeared to be a player poised for a big breakout before a suspension took his Senior season away. It remains to be seen whether he will learn from his past mistakes and mature as a person. Regardless, Little has the talent to make an impact early at the next level, likely in the short to intermediate passing game. He has the ability to develop into an upper-echelon receiver in the NFL but so much depends on his decision making and his standing with his coaches.

Titus Young
Position: WR School: Boise State Height: 5’11 3/8" Weight: 174 lbs Class: Senior 40 time: 4.53 All-Star Game: Senior Bowl Team Captain: No Draft Projection: Late 2nd – Early 3rd Round
Summary
Titus Young is a very good split-prospect that excels stretching the field vertically. After two extremely productive seasons for the Broncos, he appears to be capable of contributing readily as a receiver and kick returner at the next level. He has been one of the stars of the draft process, with an excellent week at the Senior Bowl and a Pro Day that drew rave reviews from media members and NFL personnel. One of this draft’s most fluid movers, he shows the quickness, agility, and speed to be a threat all over the field. Concerns over his character and physicality will push Young down the board, but he should still find a Keep Reading…

At first glance Lewis might not look like the prototypical NFL running back, but that is nothing new to his ears. Coming out of high school, he was the 20th ranked running back in the country, with only three offers; Tulane, Miami (OH), and Pitt. Entering his freshman year at Pitt, he had big shoes to fill with LeSean McCoy leaving for the NFL draft. That hole was filled quickly when Dion started the opening game of the 2009 season with 129 yards, two rushing touchdowns and one receiving touchdown against Youngstown State. He followed that up with 9 more games of at least 100 yards rushing including 159 yards in the Meineke Car Care Bowl against North Carolina. I had an eye witness account to his best game that year in the final game of the regular season against Cincinnati where he had 47 rushes for 194 yards and Keep Reading…
