Probably the best player at the Senior Bowl practices and in the game, Michigan DE/OLB Brandon Graham was a force on the field. Graham won the Senior Bowl MVP award after recording two sacks and a forced fumble in the dominate win for the North team. I had a chance to talk to Brandon a few times during the week. Spencer: What’s your Senior Bowl experience been like so far?

Graham: The tempo is fast and I expected it. That’s all I’ve been practicing for. I feel like I did good today. I was kind of sad because one of my boys, O’Brien Schofield, tore his knee up today. One of my favorite guys at the Senior Bowl has been the speedy all-purpose back, Dexter McCluster. Dexter has stolen the show in Mobile and is really flashing his explosiveness when the ball is in his hands. Walk through practices

Today was a very uneventful day at the Senior Bowl. Both teams were on the field for one hour each having walk through practices. Players didn’t even wear helmets in the walk-throughs and the tempo was very light and relaxed. Not sure why, but not even the media was allowed on the field after practices this morning, so no post practice interviews today.

I learned today that Missouri WR Danario Alexander is sitting out and may be missing the game with a hamstring injury. We didn’t see him at practice yesterday but were unable to find out why. **EDIT** I’ve heard that Alexander’s injury is a knee injury now and that he plans on playing in the game.
