It’s the end of the college football season and what news is bigger for draftniks than what eligible underclassmen will declare for the draft. Draft Breakdown will bring keep a running list of the underclassmen that declare for the draft and once they declare, they’ll be added into the seniors in our rankings. The deadline for NCAA underclassmen to declare for the NFL draft is January 15, 2010 and players have 72 hours to change their minds.
