Yellow Jackets wide receiver Demaryius Thomas made if official today, declaring for the NFL Draft. Many feel that Thomas was a highly talented wide receiver that was under utilized in a “run-first” offense. Thomas certainly has the size/speed ratio that could make him a huge threat for any NFL team and will more than likely increase his value once he tests at the Scouting Combine. Thomas looks like a solid 2nd round selection at this point but we wouldn’t be surprised if after testing, he some how slid into the bottom of round 1.
