Williams is shown under the white arrow. He's displaying the old adage of "the low man wins", as he's pushing his blocker back. This prevents the leading fullback (circled in yellow) from getting to his assignment, the linebacker, who is circled in red. This linebacker will make the play, a tackle for no gain.
