A great place to evaluate talent is a game that almost goes under the radar each year; the East-West Shrine Game. Overshadowed by the Under Armour Senior Bowl, the Shrine Game still gets a tremendous amount of talented players in the game. This year's game takes place on Saturday, January 22nd at 4:00 pm EST at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Florida.
