Final declared underclassmen list

Friday, January 15th was the final day for underclassmen to declare for the NFL Draft. Some thought that Washington QB Jake Locker would change his mind and decide to declare. However, the deadline came and went. Here’s a final list of what underclassmen declared for the NFL Draft. We’ll be adding all of these players to our rankings in the coming days.
