Oklahoma DT Gerald McCoy has decided to pass up his senior season and declare for the NFL Draft. McCoy, who would be the top rated player in just about any other draft, sits just behind Nebraska DT Ndamukong Suh on our board. McCoy can plan for an invite to New York for the draft and is a sure fire top 5 pick.
