Morgan, Dwyer and Burnett declare for draft

Derrick Morgan

DE – Georgia Tech
Junior
6’4″ 268 lbs

A big day for the Georgia Tech football program as three of their starters announced that they will not be returning for their senior year and will enter the NFL Draft.

Derrick Morgan is possibly the most talented defensive end in the draft and a sure-fire first round draft pick. Morgan should be the first defensive end off the board and is a possible top 10 pick.

Jonathan Dwyer is a fringe first round running back at this point, but possesses a solid combination of size and strength. Safety Morgan Burnett has the physical tools to be successful at the next level, but will probably not hear his name called until the end of round two, or possibly round three.
