I’ve got a quick query, unless you mind. We are making plans to purchase a house in Seattle, but I’m not sure if we should have faith in the actual inspector. How do you know if we can have faith in that they understand all they claim they actually do? Right after having an inspector go over the residence we where contemplating buying. They then had the chimney sweep come clean the chimney and that he located lots of things wrong with the fireplace which the inspector did not. Just what exactly should we do?
