NFL announces list of 22 players who will attend the 2017 draft

The NFL announced the list of 22 players who will attend the 2017 NFL Draft in Philadelphia on Thursday, April 27, headlined by three quarterbacks who aren’t considered locks to all be first-round picks.

While it’s a pretty safe bet that at least two of the three passers — Deshaun Watson, Mitchell Trubisky and DeShone Kizer — will hear their name called in the first 32 picks, the NFL loves drama and there’s no position with more of it than quarterback on draft night.

I’d expect one of these three to be hanging around until the second round, much like was the case with Geno Smith a few years ago.
