Worthy’s stock has fluctuated some throughout the season and postseason. Once viewed as a sure 1st-round pick, Worthy’s stock took a bit of a hit after an inconsistent season and mediocre showing at the combine. There is no doubting his overall ability as he was a dominant player at times. But stretches of inconsistency bring to light questions of stamina and conditioning. Overall however, he is considered a team leader with lots of potential and should be selected in the late first or early second round.

Penetrating force with quick first step. Size and strength to anchor and not get pushed around. Works his hands very well. Fights off double-teams. Extremely durable. Experienced. Great strength and overall power at the point of attack. Explosive first step. Relatively short height allows him to win leverage battle consistently.

Not overly productive in college. Doesn’t produce great sack numbers. Some questions regarding conditioning. Disappears for stretches. Seems to focus on being a penetrator rather than consistently making plays on the ball. Lacks lateral agility.
