NFL Draft Bible is reporting that Fresno State RB Ryan Mathews will declare for the NFL Draft. Mathews led the NCAA in rushing this season, but many haven’t heard of him. Mathews is a solid runner that can also catch out of the backfield, but playing at Fresno State is what has hurt his draft stock most. As of right now, we expect Mathews to be a fringe first round player with the Combine really deciding his draft position.
