Not entirely sure where you get idea Clayborn projects better as a 5 Technique. His natural position is as SDE in a 4-3. He could slide inside on passing downs, but he doesn't project well as a DT in any system. Putting him on a odd front would take away his best skills and force him to change his style of play greatly. He could probably be productive playing in a two gap scheme but he's a natural fit in at 4-3 SDE and would be a capable starter from day one with room to grow.

"Clayborn does a good job of using his hands to keep offensive linemen at a manageable distance. Sheds blocks well, using a strong pull-push technique to throw linemen off-balance while using his quickness to move past them. Uses his hands well to avoid cut blocks. With a mix of power and quickness, he is able to use a few different pass-rush techniques like the dip or rip moves to slide past tackles on the way to the quarterback. He also uses a strong slap to knock offensive linemen off balance."

-Gil, I noticed that you wrote a form of the verb "use" in every sentence. Go grab a dictionary, they're essential to writing. Other than this English snafu, a fine write up, one of many.
