Scouting Report: Robert Johnson
Non-position specific categories
Defensive Back Specific Categories
A very physical safety with tremendous ball skills. Good change of direction ability and range. Good instincts. Good hip swivel and can run well. Plays faster than he times. Very underrated and has a ton of potential. Very smart and graduated early.
Takes bad angles. Very skinny and not very strong. He’ll need to add muscle to both upper body and lower body. Only an average run stopper and tackler.
One of the most underrated players in the draft. Isn’t talked about because of the depth of this class. He’s smart, tough, fast, and instinctive so he’ll stick somewhere. Has a ton of potential and could be a late round gem.
Began starting during his sophomore year and has started ever since.
