Throws a great ball to intermediate level when given time to set his feet. Often throws with improper footwork or on the run (by design or by necessity) a bit too often, leads to some inconsistent ball placement. Has very good arm talent, can make all the throws and puts good zip on the ball when set and on the run. Good size and a functional athlete when scrambling, can escape the pocket and often resets eye level to find open receivers. Footwork and decision making break down as the game progresses. Clearly misses Allen Robinson, throwing the same type of jump balls as previous year but receivers aren’t coming down with them. Decision making is very iffy as the pressure builds on him, makes lots of very dangerous throws into tight or non-existant windows (shades of Jay Cutler).
