Diggs shows average play speed on tape. Displays perfect body control in coverage(loose hips). Showed toughness by being a willing participant in run defense, also will crash down on the blitz. Has good hands for the interception. Plays with confidence on the field. Shows an intense desire to compete on tape. Competed well at the Reese’s Senior Bowl. A student of the game, understood his defensive assignments. Played both outside and inside over the slot receiver. Not considered a great tackler, will throw his body on ball carriers and wrap up. Can be a calculated risk taker at times. Was seen to under cut a route and make a play on the ball.
